BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. announced that it has placed several systems in communities that are served by American Medical Response, Inc. effectively reducing the environmental impact of medical waste management. BMTS began working with AMR in 2008 to implement the innovative Demolizer(R) II System in select communities that required their ambulance providers to utilize GREEN alternatives to conventional business practices. The goal was to provide safer and environmentally friendly management of medical waste while simplifying operations and reducing overall costs.
BMTS Announces the Introduction of the Demolizer II System Into the Geisinger Health System

BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. announced the introduction of the Demolizer(R) II System into the Geisinger Health organization for the onsite treatment of biomedical waste. The Demolizer(R) II is a safe and simple biomedical waste treatment system ideally suited to meet the unique needs of clinics in rural areas where the cost, both financial and environmental, of traditional transport and offsite disposal can be prohibitive. Cost savings from adoption of the Demolizer(R) II are expected to be significant. More importantly, the Demolizer(R) II is an environmentally responsible alternative treatment system approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that eliminates the need for onsite storage between pickups and substantially lowers the environmental impact associated with proper treatment and disposal of biomedical waste.

BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings Inc. announced an agreement with Med Pro Associates of Colorado to serve as a non-exclusive independent sales and marketing representative to solicit sales, obtain orders and provide sales and marketing support for the company's Demolizer(R) II within the U.S. Under the terms of the agreement, Med Pro will market and sell BMTS' Demolizer(R) II on a non-exclusive basis throughout the U.S.
