Mr. Hayes will replace current Brambles CFO, Liz Doherty, who has decided to return to the UK for family reasons. Ms Doherty will resign as a director with effect from 16 November 2009. Most recently, Greg Hayes spent three years as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tenix Group.
