First, a $2,000,000 credit facility from a major regional bank to support the Company's manufacturing operations. Second, a $2,000,000 private credit facility to support the Company's defense contracting operations. The Company continues to seek an efficient blend of debt and equity capital from both public and private sources to support anticipated revenue growth in 2010.

Bulova Technologies Group Inc. provided an update of the restructuring that has taken place in 2009 and an outlook for the strategic direction of the company in calendar year 2010. The company's primary focus in 2009 has been the re-establishment of the company as a strategic and significant defense contractor for all branches of the Department of Defense. By the end of calendar year 2009 the company will have completed the relocation of its contract manufacturing business to its new location at 4005 Dow Road, in Melbourne, Florida, 32934. This will provide a basis for substantial growth in a business segment that has been essentially dormant in 2009. The company remains committed to its primary business unit in the defense segment. This unit has seen significant growth in 2009 and will continue to be the main source of revenue in 2010. This unit anticipates expansion from its current business into a number of areas in which Bulova historically was a market leader, as well as a number of new initiatives designed to take advantage of technology opportunities.

Bulova Technologies Group Inc. announced the appointment of John M. Devlin, Jr. to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Devlin joins the board with significant executive level experience and is anticipated to take an active role in Business development for the Company. Further, Mr. Devlin will work closely with the Company's management team on issues with regards to corporate finance as well as expanding the Company's footprint with regards to relationships with financial institutions. John M. Devlin, Jr. spent the major part of his career with JPMorgan Investment Management as Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for over $4 Billion in institutional client assets. Retiring from Morgan in 2003, he became Vice Chairman of McKim & Co., a boutique investment banking firm where he was involved in raising venture capital and conducting due diligence for emerging growth companies. Last year, Devlin joined the American Irish Historical Society as its Managing Director. Devlin began his career at E.F Hutton & Co. as a stock trader before moving to US Steel as an asset manager in their Treasury Department. Mr. Devlin serves on the board of Modavox-(OTCBB-MDVX), chairing both the Audit and Compensation committees. He also serves on several non-profit and private company boards.
