BioElectronics Corp. announced it has reached an agreement with SAY-GIN Ozel Egtim Yayincilik Ticaret Hizmetleri (SAY-GIN) for distribution of its ActiPatch and Allay products in Turkey. SAY-GIN has already committed to orders totaling more than $1 million in 2010. SAY-GIN is launching a direct response television campaign in Turkey to support sales of both the ActiPatch and Allay product lines.

YesDTC Holdings, Inc. has completed negotiations with BioElectronics Corp. to begin distribution of ActiPatch(TM) Therapy disposable drug-free anti-inflammatory device throughout Japan. Under the terms of the arrangement, YesDTC will hold full television, direct-to-consumer and retail distribution rights to consumers within Japan. YesDTC plans to initially launch distribution through direct response television advertising and is currently formulating plans for retail launch. ActiPatch is currently categorized within Japan as a Class I medical device.
