On August 10, 2009, the management of Bio-Bridge Science Inc., concluded, with the concurrence of the company's Board of Directors, that an accounting error had been made in the company's historical financial statements in relation to the recording of derivative liability as a result of the adoption of Emerging Issues Task Force ('EITF') 07-05, Determining Whether an Instrument is indexed to an Entity's Own Stock and that, as a result, the company's financial statements for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009 should be amended and restated. In light of the restatement, the financial statement and other financial information included in the company's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009, should no longer be relied upon.
