On July 23, 2007, we completed a share exchange transaction with Sino Palace Holdings Ltd., a British Virgin Islands corporation, pursuant to which, we acquired four companies located in the PRC that are engaged in that country's research, manufacture, sale and distribution of technology driven advanced packaging film products. Shiner International, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey T. Roney as the company's Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities will include overseeing the corporate finance and investor relations functions of the Company. Mr. Roney is a seasoned executive with more than 24 years of experience in accounting, finance, capital markets, and business development. Mr. Roney will be based in Charlottesville, VA and report directly to Qingtao Xing, Chief Executive Officer of Shiner.
