Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 13, 2009, Big Bar Resources Corporation will not be delisted but instead will remain suspended, the company having paid its annual sustaining fees.

Effective to the close of business July 13, 2009, and in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.9, Big Bar Resources Corp was delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange, for failure to pay its annual sustaining fee. Prior to delisting the company was subject to a suspension from trading.

Big Bar Resources Corporation announced that Mr. Ron Birch has replaced Mr. Rick Russell as President and Director of the Company. Mr. Russell has resigned as President and Director due to personal reasons. Under the guidance of Mr. Birch, the company intends to engage and re-focus the Company in a direction cognizant of the current turmoil and challenges facing the general as well as the junior resource market dynamics. Since 1991 to present, Mr. Birch has provided consulting services to public companies through Janron Consulting Inc., and since 1993 to present, the services of a public relations coordinator through Bircress Corporate Relations., where he has been instrumental in raising market awareness as well as assist in the financing of many junior resource companies. Mr. Stan Keith has also tendered his resignation as a director and head of exploration of the Company. Mr. Gerald Caul has resigned as Corporate Secretary and his functions in that position will be served by existing management of the Company.
