Axial Vector Engine Corp. announced signing of a strategic alliance agreement with Dhahran Global Company for Oil and Gas, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Shoula Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This agreement will be registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provides for a 50-50 ownership. Under the agreement, Petro Avec will contribute its technology for oxidative desulphurization of refined petroleum products and its technology for heavy crude oil upgrade. Dhahran Global Company for Oil & Gas will provide the appropriate licenses, documentation and resources for the execution of any projects for the technology commercialization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Axial Vector Engine Corp. announced it has received an invitation to sign an MOU to integrate its ultra clean Axial Vector Engines and Generators into Dubai Public Transport. RTA, which is owned by the Government of Dubai, is responsible for the planning and execution of all public transportation systems in the emirate of Dubai. RTA aims to provide the latest, most technologically advanced transportation techniques whilst being environmentally conscious simultaneously. The MOU encompasses a close relationship between AVEC and the RTA ensuring the government of Dubai will have 'best of class' clean technology for improving the air and the ability to have Dubai continue its world leadership of vision and innovation. All of AVEC's clean technologies are applicable to the RTA, which includes Public buses, Taxis, Water Taxis, and Railway transport. This new MOU will give AVEC the ability to deploy its technology into the public transport arena ensuring high volume penetration in a relatively short period of time into the commercial market. Furthermore use of AVEC technologies in a public transport sector certifies that AVEC products are indeed reliable and durable.
