Amexdrug Corp. announced earnings results for the second quarter of 2009. For the quarter, the company's revenues increased 65.7% year over year to a record of $2.43 million. Net income was up to $79,159, a significant increase from the prior year largely attributed to the increase in sales.

It was reported that Amexdrug Corp. has started initial implementation of its strategy of expansion through the acquisition of carefully selected targets. It is believed that these targets will be vetted and chosen for their ability to integrate into AmexDrug's existing vertical structure of subsidiaries that include, BioRx Pharmaceuticals, Dermagen Inc and Allied Med Inc.
