Asia Ventures Corp. announced that it will not acquire Asia Directing Consulting Ltd, due to current financial and economic turmoil worldwide. "We believe these first steps will lead to a stronger more aggressive company that will compete in the global market, adding value to its shareholders and the bottom line", states Mr. Szeto, President. "The company is moving to an acquisitions business model in the pursuit of small, viable companies which can be acquired for economically feasible arrangements that generate revenue and will enhance the company's balance sheet while allowing it to grow exponentially", Mr. Szeto continued.
