Worlds has supplemented its claims in its patent infringement lawsuit against Activision Blizzard, Blizzard Entertainment and Activision Publishing's (Activision et al) to include two recently released Activision games: World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Worlds believes these and other games that are part of Activision's multi-billion dollar franchise infringe upon the same Worlds' intellectual property. World's patents relate to computer architecture for three-dimensional graphical multi-user interactive virtual world systems also known as Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games.

Activision Blizzard, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported total net revenues of $1,575 million against $1,518 million a year ago. Operating income was $438 million against $284 million a year ago. Income before income tax expense was $388 million against $233 million a year ago. Net income was $361 million or $0.49 per basic and diluted share against $174 million or $0.22 per diluted share a year ago. Operating cash flow was $1,195 million against $880 million a year ago. Capital expenditures were $17 million against $16 million a year ago. Non-GAAP free cash flow was $1,178 million against $864 million a year ago. Non-GAAP operating income was $914 million against $860 million a year ago. Non-GAAP net income was $698 million or $0.94 per diluted share against $621 million or $0.79 per diluted share a year ago. Non-GAAP net revenue was $2,213 million against $2,272 million a year ago. EBITDA was $468 million and adjusted EBITDA was $936 million. For the year, the company reported total net revenues of $4,408 million against $4,583 million a year ago. Operating income was $1,183 million against $1,372 million a year ago. Income before income tax expense was $981 million against $1,319 million a year ago. Net income was $835 million or $1.13 per diluted share against $1,010 million or $0.95 per diluted share a year ago. Non-GAAP operating income was $1,527 million against $860 million a year ago. Non-GAAP net revenue was $4,813 million against $4,342 million a year ago. EBITDA was $1,274 million and adjusted EBITDA was $1,606 million. For the first quarter ending March 31, 2015, the company expects net revenue (GAAP) of $1,140 million and non-GAAP revenues of $640 million. Earnings per diluted share of $0.37 and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.05. The company expects GAAP and non-GAAP interest expense of $50 million, a GAAP tax rate of 20% and non-GAAP tax rate of 25%. For the full year ending December 31, 2015, the company expects net revenue (GAAP) of $4,140 million and non-GAAP revenues of $4,400 million. Earnings per diluted share of $0.89 and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share of $1.15. The company expects non-GAAP operating margin of 30% and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 33%. Non-GAAP tax rate is expected to be 24%.
