The company recorded a net loss of $114,000 or $0.02 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009, compared to net income of $378,000 or $0.05 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008. Revenues increased to $17.6 million for fiscal 2009, from revenues of $16.9 million in fiscal 2008.
