Aquacell Technologies Inc. announced that has installed its GreenCore 10200 solar powered DC air conditioner at a metroPCS cell tower site. The GreenCore system has replaced one of the two 4-ton air conditioners on the cellular base station housing the electronic transmission and data equipment. Initial analysis has demonstrated that the GreenCore 10200 provides comparable cooling capability for this application as the 4-ton unit it replaced.

Aquacell Technologies Inc. announced that it has received an order from the United States Navy for its solar powered air conditioners, which will be installed in a remote laboratory site operated by the Naval Research Laboratories (NRL). The order also includes the sale of ten GreenCore-specified 170 Watt/35 volt photovoltaic solar panels, along with peripheral solar related equipment. The NRL's requirement was for uninterrupted air conditioning 24 hours per day, 365 days a year in an area with unreliable power, including no electric power during certain times of the year. The GreenCore air conditioners will operate completely grid-free for the majority of the year, and during certain seasons, will operate in hybrid mode.

Aquacell Technologies Inc. announced that it has amended its Articles of Incorporation effective June 30, 2008. The amendment, adopted pursuant to Delaware General Corporation Law Sections 242 and 228, changed the corporate name from AquaCell Technologies Inc. to Greencore Technologies Inc. and increased the number of authorized common shares from 75,000,000 to 200,000,000.
