American Spectrum Realty Inc. announced that Bill McGrath, former Director of Leasing, has been promoted to Director of Operations. Mr. McGrath will now oversee all leasing and management operations of the company for the Texas region. Bill McGrath, CCIM has spent his entire 25 plus year career in commercial real estate. Bill's new responsibilities will include evaluating and implementing pro forma performance, meeting target leasing goals, as well as overseeing the Property Management Operations for all owned and Third Party properties in the Texas Region.
