American River Bankshares reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. The company reported net income of $827,000 or $0.14 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2009, compared to $1,931,000 or $0.33 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2008.
