American Green Group Inc. reported revenue results for the third quarter of 2009. The company announced that its third quarter revenue came in at just under $300,000. The company provided revenue guidance for the fourth quarter and full year 2009. For the fourth quarter, the company anticipates beating the third quarter with new markets coming online and advertising for Ecosafe Premium Foam set to begin. The company expect to surpass the $1 million mark in total revenue for fiscal 2009.

American Green Group Inc. announced that the company is entering into a joint venture with Ecosafe Insulation of Florida, Llc. The agreement would allow ECOFL to market Ecosafe Foam and Infinite R in 14 states running from North Carolina to California. AMNE and ECOFL would share in the revenue under the agreement. AMNE would supply all the Ecosafe Foam and access to Infinite R to ECOFL at cost. In return, ECOFL would be responsible for setting up logistics to handle all 14 states, marketing, sales and installation. AMNE believes the transaction will allow the Company to grow at a more rapid pace and reduce the financial burden on the Company, generating a revenue stream for the company. ECOFL is working with a PR company it retained to roll out a media campaign in Broward County. This will give ECOFL exposure on local news stations and newspapers that cover the major counties of South Florida. The Company believes all other remarks made in the release to be accurate to the best of their knowledge.

American Green Group, Inc. announced they have delivered the outfitted Sprinter truck ordered by Ecosafe Insulation of Florida, LLC (ECOFL) and have certified the first installer. The Truck was delivered to Hernando County located on the West Coast of Florida. Two more installations are planned in Hernando and Broward Counties over the next few weeks at which time a film crew will be on hand to document the process for FL style homes, which are built using cement blocks and stucco coating on the outside. The new video will demonstrate to homeowners that when the job is complete their home will look the same. ECOFL plans on ordering two new trailers from AMNE, one to be located on the West Coast of FL, the other to be located in Broward County, FL as it begins to ramp up operations.
