For the quarter, the company's net income was $20,699,000 or $0.95 per diluted share compared with $26,028,000 or $1.23 per diluted share a year ago. Revenues were $148,946,000 compared with $171,206,000 a year ago. Operating profit was $33,930,000 compared with $32,480,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $32,164,000 compared with $26,507,000 a year ago.
