Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization is a non-GAAP financial measurement that is calculated as net income excluding interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. EBITDA was $8.6 million, or 14.7% of net revenue, for the third quarter of 2009 compared to $12.8 million, or 19.5% of net revenue, for the same period of 2008. Net loss for the third quarter of 2009 was $2.7 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, compared to net income of $0.6 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2008.
