ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - 07/07/09) - Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. (OTC.BB:AGWS - News) announces today the signing of a binding letter of intent between AGWS and enVentive Solutions, Inc. (ENTV) for the merger of the two companies. AGWS will purchase 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of ENTV in exchange for approximately 85% of AGWS, on a fully diluted basis.
