Aultra Gold Inc. announced the amendment of the company's articles of incorporation to increase the number of the company's authorized shares of capital stock from 150,000,000 shares to 510,000,000 of which 500,000,000 shares will be common stock par value $0.0001 per share and 10,000,000 shares will be preferred stock par value $0.0001 per share; to effectuate a reverse stock split of issued and outstanding common stock by changing and reclassifying each ten shares of issued and outstanding common stock into one fully paid and non-assessable share of common stock; and to authorize the board of directors to provide for the issuance of shares of preferred stock in series and, by filing a certificate pursuant to the Nevada Revised Statutes, to establish from time to time the number of shares to be included in each such series, and to fix the designation, power, preferences and rights of the shares of each such series and the qualifications, limitations and restrictions thereof.
