Affinity Mediaworks Corp. to Co-Produce Twelve Feature Films!

Affinity Mediaworks Corp. announced that it has entered into an agreement to produce twelve films with Insight Film Studios/Odyssey Film Studios of Vancouver, British Columbia. Insight leads the Canadian industry for the fourth consecutive year according to Playback magazine with over $125 million in production of television, theatrical and documentary product as of August 2009. Insight Film Studios latest feature release, the horror spoof 'Stan Helsing' (Directed by Bo Zenga, Starring Leslie Nielsen) is set to premier this Halloween. Each of the 12 films will have budgets in the range of $4 to $10 million with high quality talent and producers attached. The company has secured funding from a large distribution and co-production partner in Europe. The European partners are to provide 50% of each budget and the Canadian joint venture will provide the other 50%. Affinity and Insight will provide funding through bank financing of tax credits, guaranteed distribution contracts and equity. The first of the twelve films to be produced will be in prep as of December 2009 with the rest of the films to be in production before December 30, 2010, producing on average, one film per month. This is a opportunity for the company as it will establish itself as a prominent leader in the Canadian and International film market. The slate of films to be produced will be announced subsequently.

On October 20, 2009, Affinity Mediaworks Corp. received a resignation notice from Kirk Shaw as President of the company. Mr. Shaw will remain as a director of the company. On October 20, 2009, the company appointed Scott Cramer, its current Chief Executive Officer and Director, as its new President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Cramer worked as a financial planner from 1987 until 1997. His functions included asset management, retirement planning and tax planning for his clients. From 1997 until 2000, he trained financial planners on how to grow their practices and build relationships with their clients. From 2000 until present, Mr. Cramer has developed investment products for projects that needed funding from the private and public equity sector. He has helped fund projects from the forestry to the film industry, with projects related to Alliance Atlantis and Prospero Entertainment.
