Addmaster Corp. announced sales results for the year 2008. The company announced a significant increase in sales and shipment of its technologies in 2008. Unit volume sales of Addmaster's financial peripherals, a segment which includes receipt and validation printers, check scanners, and MICR readers, increased more than 33% from 2007.

Addmaster Corp. announced two new teller receipt printers the IJ7100 and the IJ7200 at the BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo held at the Orange County Convention Center. The printers, which are the first released models of Addmaster's new IJ7000 series product line, feature the following improvements over Addmaster's earlier IJ6080 models, Ergonomic improvements that simplify roll paper loading and improve form insertion. Standard USB 2.0 and RS232 ports. Integrated microprocessor and electronics for increased reliability. Standard see-through tear bar or optional metal tear bar. Wider variety of fonts and print formats. The new printers are the first to offer customers a choice between two inkjet cartridges for their receipt printing needs. The IJ7100 model uses the HP 6602a, the same cartridge that Addmaster developed into the industry standard with its best-selling IJ6080 printers. The IJ7200 model uses Addmaster's proprietary new high performance print cartridge that operates at speeds up to 15 lines per second with resolutions up to 600 DPI.

Addmaster Corp. announced a market expansion of its MJ4000 check scanner to include financial software developers and banks that provide remote deposit capture technology to corporate end users. The expansion of the MJ4000 market is in response to the significantly increased demand from small businesses for check scanners that are more compact, lower priced and easier to use than more complicated models specifically designed for high volume check depositors.
