Abviva Inc. announced that on September 9, 2008, the shareholders by written consent in lieu of an annual meeting of the shareholders acted to elect Barrett Evans and Jeffrey Conrad to serve as the sole directors of the Company to hold office until next annual meeting of shareholders and until his/her successor is duly elected and qualified. As a result of the written consent in lieu of an annual meeting of the shareholders Victor Voebel, Robert Lutz and Douglas Lane will no longer serve as directors of the Company.
