All Asia Licensing Inc. announced the launch of the first phase of a viable program in the agricultural biotechnology sector with the signing of an $11 million joint venture agreement with Beijing Xinxinshengda Biology Engineering Technique Co. Ltd. AASI will own 55% of the venture, named Fertilizer King Inc. The new joint venture company is to be financed by a private placement of a combination of debt and equity. Fertilizer King's plans are to assemble several existing microbial and organic fertilizer plants in China and convert them to produce Dr. Ma's microbial fertilizers. The new venture will own a proprietary microbial fertilizer technology, which is currently represented by an array of nine international patents.

All Asia Licensing Inc. announced the appointment of Stanley Loh to the company's Board of Advisors. Most notably, in 2008 Loh was successful in assembling and negotiating the formation of 'China MoneyBar Payments', a joint venture between MoneyBar Technologies Inc. and Merchant Link, a subsidiary of China Union Pay. Loh has served as an advisor to the Minister of Communications of Cambodia and has also been the first international representative for Malaysia's Multimedia Super Corridor, a world-class incubator project for technology.

All Asia Licensing Inc. entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Beijing Xinxinshengda Biology Engineering Technique Co. Ltd. The two companies agreed to form a joint venture company to manufacture and distribute BBET's proprietary line of fertilizers to governments, farmers and to the public. The joint venture company plans to open research and development facilities both in China and in North America to continue advancements in biological fertilizer producing systems. This Memorandum of Understanding is subject to the successful completion of due diligence by both parties and memorialization in a definitive final joint venture agreement.
