Rotoblock Corp. announced the resignation of Jie Yin as Chief Operating Officer and as a director, effective March 21, 2013. The company also announced the resignation of Andrew P. Schneider as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 21, 2013. Ms. Yin and Mr. Schneider resigned, respectively, for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the company’s operations, policies or practices. The company has appointed Chien Chih Liu as Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Rotoblock Corp.’s new common stock has been deleted from OTCBB, effective July 23, 2012, due to ineligible for quotation on OTCBB due to quoting inactivity under SEC Rule 15c2-11.
