In addition, there will be demonstrations of a new credentialing, billing, and ultrasound image management software, which was originally designed for emergency medicine. The software platform is used to collect, store, grade, and report on the studies performed by emergency medicine doctors learning to perform ultrasound exams on patients. The BK Medical-branded Flex Focus 500 with Quantum Technology offers image quality enhancements such as improved contrast resolution, gray scale maps, and image pre-sets that make it easy and quick to obtain high quality images. In addition, Quantum Technology incorporates unique Vector Flow Imaging (VFI) mode, enabling angle independent visualization of blood flow, and an excellent color Doppler mode, enabling superb spatial resolution.
