Rosenthal and Mr. Ephraim Ullmann has signed a letter of intent to purchase controlling interest. However, in light of the company's delisting from the pink sheets to the grey sheets, Mr. Shulman has agreed to step down as an officer and Director of YNGR, but may remain in an advisory capacity to the Company.
