All shareholders of record at the close of business Monday will be positioned to benefit from the upcoming five-for-one forward stock split to be executed at the start of business on November 2, 2009.
The stock split will be affected in the form of a stock dividend and will distribute four additional shares of its common stock for every share of common stock held.
