why do u think reverse split now. other forums talking about an HPV vaccine distrabution contract that could push this over the edge. your thoughts fig?

14 A and 14 C mean reverse split and there having a shareholder meeting usually they try and get people to vot on it I could be wrong but ive seen 14 A and 14C go badly If they come out with this true but I wouldnt want to be stuck in a middle of a split and loose like 1,000,000 shares any other thoughts on this would be great

All of the company's revenue during the three months ended March 31, 2007, was generated from the vaccine distribution business solely as a result of consolidation of the financials of Hainan CITIC Bio-pharmaceutical Development Co. Ltd. (HCBD) for the period.

The emphasis of China Biopharma is on the introduction and the marketing and distribution of products rather than on manufacturing. Substantially all of the operations are in China.

Although the vaccine is a seasonal product that is used mainly during late fall and early winter seasons, over the past year the vaccine business has become more competitive in China.

dude, what in the world is going on with the reverse split with CBPC??? My scottrade account just deduce the whole thing to "0"....they change the name and now is CHBC or something...gee...will I get the $ back? How does it works?

If the stocks r/s move on and dont bother this will not comeback once a company r/s im done with them
