What do you mean by guidelines? I'd say just have a real reason for posting about a stock, not a thread just saying "BUY!" or irrelevant or incomplete information.

Hot tip is AMHD, for the price range and drop, it\'s a must, look in the thread I\'ve posted how the CEO is scheduled to talk at a biodiesel conference on may 22nd 2008, the stock is at 0.0008 you couldn\'t get a better deal

19:13 - Court Approves DURA Automotive Systems' Revised Disclosure Statement - Quick Facts [DRRAQ.PK]
DURA Automotive Systems Inc. (DRRAQ.PK) announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has approved the company's revised Disclosure Statement, solicitation procedures and creditor ballots.
The Court determined that DURA's revised Disclosure Statement contains the necessary information to enable creditors to vote on DURA's revised Plan of Reorganization.
The Court also set May 13, 2008, as the hearing date for Plan confirmation. Once the revised Plan is confirmed and administrative procedures are completed, DURA will officially emerge from Chapter 11.
