Post from HTOG board...
One example of how fast things can happen in the oil and gas industry. There is a small public company MNLU.OB, They have about 3000 acres leased in the Haynesville shale area of northwest Louisiana. They entered into a farm out agreement with Petrohawk to drill and produce their leased acres. This stock has went from .04 per share to over 6.00 per share on this news alone in six months. If HTOG starts moving I would suggest selling enough to cover your cost and holding the rest to see what happens.
How does this affect GCOG? GCOG holds leases for 262 acres in Louisiana within the 'Haynesville shale' gas play. In the last 4 months price per acre has risen from 12,000 to 35,000. There is talk of land going for 50k per acre!
I looked at the chart and news releases for MNLU and it looks like its all true.
I will add more GCOG once I have more funds. good luck.
