I don't think HFBV will ever see .oo5 again. There's too much happening. They are moving forward with their plans and tangible results are visible. Soon national distribution will be announced and then revenue's.

HFBV originally OG NATION ( Original Gangster) Posted: 2 Months, 1 Week ago THANKS: 0
I have been researching this company for a few weeks and was looking to invest until i discovered hfbv was originally og nation (original ganster)which made thug chips etc... I was suprised because jim brown works with innercity groups so I wouldnt think that he would attempt to exploit or condone this behavior for that matter. Are you guys aware of all this? here is a article from nypost.
http://freedomeden.blogspot.com/2007/12/og- nations-thug-products.html

Yea I seen that somewhere recently, but never really read into it. I would be concerned if I didnt sell this stock at .50 and it made it up to over $1 and wanted to be uplisted to nasdaq or s&p . Thats when dirty shit really gets put out.

I understand their logic in changing their name... What I am asking is do you think that this would resurface? Changing their name doesn't make it go away. There is no hammering it out. They can't just say hey its over and we changed our name so everything is good. The fact of the matter is that they originally titled their chips "Thug Chips". What is that about?? Atomic dogg and (HYDRO) water... It looked promising but this has me alittle concerned. Maybe i'm looking too much into it... If they are starting television adds this football season do you really think a network is going to give them air time considering these allegations? I guess what I am getting at is do you think that because of their past it would prevent them from say producing Hansen profits?

Re:HFBV - Hall of Fame Beverages Inc. Posted: 2 Months, 1 Week ago THANKS: 1
I read the article and thought they replied to the claim well. I loved the phrased " political grandstanding " I picture the company spokesperson sounding like Jackie Chiles from Seinfeld .
News like that might actually help more than hurt it - it's like free advertisement. If the news never came out you might never even have heard of the drink -- exposure -- Picture some hoodlum reading the article (if they can read that is) - Next time at the store with mom they see some Atomic Dogg and throw a few in the carriage (or stick 'em in their sweatshirt).
Now if Barry Bonds became the new spokesperson.......

We need this kind of advertisement. If they can get a lot of rappers to endorse it or me because I am a well known Penny Stock Thug LOL it would be great for there company. I have been trying to call them for a sponsor on the big board here if anybody else can beat this Thug to the test go for it LOL. I love this company and may buy another 100,000 shares. Its the only one that I think will make it. Nice reply Zepp531 Lets be Thugs hey. Whatever makes this stock a buck is good enough for me. I have been quiet but now its time to get the big guns out ya all. HFBV is my play of the year.

Well if that is the case. I am a well educated thug who is just here to have mature conversation about making money. All these stocks are gambles! None any greater then the other, none of us have a crystal ball. All I can do is hope that investing can pay off in this ruff economy. I dont care who buys it or who doesnt. I would think anything an1 investeing would want to see a product do well no matter who was in charge of it,instead of finding some underline way to throw cheap shots.I agree that was not the best choice in marketing. It made me look at it funny myself. I was like wth! after being pointed this direction. Then I thought man, I sure dont wanna miss the boat! I also reflected back to VITAMIN WATER!!!!! Some thug who probably could not read and liked to steal, introduced that product and look where it is now!!!!!!!!!! I was one even that laughed at first. Well he laughed all the way to the bank!!!!!!!!!!! after it was all said and done..I hope those that hold on do the same. Good luck!!!!

50 Cent banks $400 million on sale of Vitaminwater

Filed under: Deals, Coca-Cola (KO), Marketing and advertising

Coca Cola's (NYSE: KO) purchase of Glaceau, makers of Vitaminwater, earned hip hop star 50 Cent 800 million times as much money as his name suggests he is worth.

It has been reported that 50 Cent will star in a commercial for the drinks, which will feature him conducting a symphony orchestra in a rendition of his hit "In da club."

I can't find information on how much 50 paid for his stake in the company, but it's safe to assume that he a made a massive return on investment here. He's not the first celebrity to make a fortune as an early investor in a company. Adult contemporary star Kenny G was one the original ten Starbucks investors.

But frankly, it's much more heartwarming to see 50 Cent making money, mainly because he's less annoying than Kenny G, although that's not much of an accomplishment.

Here's what would happen if the world found out about this big secret in their closet. This is an actual conversation.

Old lady who watches Ophra everyday says: Did you know that company your invested in had another name once.

John Doe Investor: No I didn't, what was it?

Old lady: It was OG Nation.

John Doe: Hmmm not a bad name.

Old Lady: But don't you care? Can't you see they are ruining the world.

John Doe: No I don't care. Now go back and finish watching Ophra and find something worthwhile to worry about.
