Aero Performance Products, Inc. Reports Completion of Consolidation of Warehouse Facilities
Move of Corporate Offices Targeted for July 1, 2008
Aero Performance Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AERP), which operates Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced that the company has completed the move of all of its warehousing to its new facility in Bluffdale, Utah and is continuing the build-out of the facility to include Aero's administration, product development and marketing.

The consolidation of warehouse space included the closure of the company's warehouse facility in California and transport of all Aero product inventory to the new facility. Build-out of the offices within the facility is ongoing, and the company expects to have all of its administration, product development, marketing, and other office functions move to the new location by July 1, 2008.

Aero's focus is to reduce its operational costs while strategically growing the company and increasing revenues. The build-out of the new facility is the second phase of the company's plan to improve product availability to meet the ongoing demands of the growing domestic and international distribution network created in the first phase.

Aero Performance Products, Inc. Reports Increased July Sales of Aero Exhaust Products
Sales Increase 90% Over Same Month in 2007
SOUTH JORDAN, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 08/12/08 -- Aero Performance Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AERP), which operates Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, reported that unaudited sales for Aero products in July 2008 were 90% higher than in July 2007.

The improvement for the month of July follows the disclosure that sales of Aero Exhaust products for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2008 were 22% higher than the same period last year with a gross profit margin up to 39% for the period, a significant improvement over the results from the previous fiscal quarter.

Aero Performance Products has provided the updates on sales in order to keep its shareholders informed during the period before the annual report is due to be filed in late September.
