(Pink Sheets:NUBV) reported today that Stewart Cohen, President of Jayger International, Ltd. has recently returned fromJapan, where he held extensive meetings with key executives of Hawaii Sea Spirits Japan and Seven-Eleven Japan Co, Inc. The purpose of the trip was to initiate the establishing of Jayger's businesses offices and export operations in Japan and to familiarize the participants with products that Jayger intends to export to the Japanese market. NutriPure and Jayger have signed a Letter of Intent for NutriPure to acquire controlling interest of Jayger, which will join wholly-owned subsidiaries XND Technologies, Inc. and Inka Grill Franchising Systems as the third leg of NutriPure's triumvirate of operating companies in the healthy food / healthy water industries. Any help people??? Fig.?? anyone know what is going on with this.... you would think there would be a buzz with the release of the enhanced water tomorrow and there is nothing, no PR's...NADA. Has been very minimal movement the last couple weeks. Is this still going to be a profitable buy??
