NutriPure Beverages, Inc.'s Acquisition of XND Technologies Receives Unanimous Approval at XND Shareholders Meeting

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jul 22, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NUBV) and XND Technologies, Inc. announced today that the proposed acquisition of XND by NutriPure was unanimously approved by all voting shareholders at an XND shareholders meeting on July 17. NutriPure shareholders had already previously agreed to the acquisition. The final agreement is expected to be completed within the next few day and complete details regarding the merger will be released at that time. Under the terms of the agreement, NutriPure will acquire 100% of the stock of XND, and XND will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of NutriPure. Management of both companies will remain intact and Steve Nickolas will remain as Chairman and CEO of the XND subsidiary.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jul 24, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NUBV) reported today that XND Technologies, Inc. has targeted October 1, 2008 as the official release date for their Nu2O line of nutrient-enhanced bottled water products. The Nu2O products are being developed and produced by XND Technologies, Inc. and NutriPure is the sole marketing licensee for the products. The two companies have also reached an agreement in principle for NutriPure to acquire XND as a wholly-owned subsidiary, shareholders of both companies have unanimously accepted and ratified the agreement, and the final agreement is expected to be signed within the next few days. The company plans to initially launch three formulations under the Nu2O label, with three additional formulations scheduled to be introduced after the second quarter of operations. Distribution will begin in the Southwest U.S. and expand nationwide over the following six to eight months, contingent upon finalization of funding and staffing requirements. Based on an extensive analysis of current and anticipated market conditions, the company forecasts gross product sales at $10,855,500 for the first 12 months of operations, $49,890,000 for its second year, and $66,100,000 for the third year. These are preliminary projections subject to change depending on a variety of factors including unanticipated fluctuations in the market place.

Nice Post OPUS I was going to post this Sunday LOL but you beat me to it. I back this one too. Think of it as another HFBV run.

I have been looking at this Nutripure(NUBV) for a few months now. I think that this is deffinately a company that will have a hike in stock price. Number 1 it is water, Number 2 they are selling it as a calorie free water. They are also starting out west and moving across the Nation with it.(everyone knows that most of the trends in America either start out west or in NY). I don't think that this gain will take place over night but I would rather buy in at .0001 and a lot of it(just like FFG0)than kick myself for not buying it and watching it go up.

The PR even looks more promising than certain other stocks did today not to mention any names but people easy money here all the way to 0.01 Come October.
