What BS. What about the promises made. This is the problem with Wall Street. No one is held accountable and are allowed to lie to anyone that they want and cheat when ever they want. Luckily I made my money on this and the shares that I had extra were freebies. But a promise to a share holder is still a promise and to mislead hundreds should lead to jail time. Can we get a bailout

Suppose I’m just naive but “Forward looking statements” disclaimer or not; I have a problem believing Alan can get away with what’s being said about his ability to back out of the absolute promises that have been made as to the ex. div.

Me, I’m going to sit on my 10mil. shares & see what happens. I’m sure there will be people laughing at me or with me (I hope the latter!).

FYI:
A recent (yesterday) test sell of 2 million shares resulted in a cash return of 12.90. This was 20.00 minus 7.10 broker fee. A MM was the buyer. This shows the PPS is now at .00001, the lowest a MM can go. As investors, we are limited to 4 digits, MMs can go 5 digits. No use in selling now, just hold and hope the divi is worth SOMETHING.
DO NOT BUY MORE.

May as well enjoy the band while this ship goes down. (Hoping for the life boat in the form of divs)
