Notice of the declaration of a dividend must be received at least 10 calendar days prior to the Record Date to be in compliance with Marketplace Rules 4310(c)(25) or 4320(c)(25) and Rule 10b-17 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Isn't it saying that we'll have plenty of notice before the actual record date occurs? On http://www.pinksheets.com - they show the scheduled Ex-Dividends along with the date. I haven't seen FFGO up there yet. But they promised to let us know within minutes of it being approved. What is an ex-dividend date? An ex-dividend date is the first day on which a security is traded without rights to a particular distribution. The SEC 8K Filing stated that FFGO divs would be .0213 per 1 FFGO share. (initially it stated .213,...I almost wet myself) Sorry for coming late to the party. FFGO declared the divey on the 18th of this month... hmmmm 10 days later is... today. I have a feeling they are going to release the record date tomorrow because it will be 11 days and they keep saying they are going to waste NO TIME in releasing the record date. if not tomorrow VERY soon!!Lets all hope for the best. So I would hope that 10 days later they would plan on announcing the record date which could be as soon as tomorrow. :HOPE HOPE HOPE: here is the begining of that press release on the 20th: "Fortress Financial Group, Inc.
