Building Its Import Foods Division
MIAMI, Apr 07, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cross Atlantic Commodities, Inc. (OTCBB:
CXAC), manufacturers and distributors of nationally branded commodities, food
and general merchandise to food stores, supermarkets and club stores, announced
today its newest division "Import Foods Division (IFD)," signed a leading
European pasta manufacturer.
Under its newest marquee, "Import Food Division," CXAC has signed its first
manufacture in Europe. The specialty pasta Company manufactures all natural and
organic pasta. They are one of the largest specialty pasta companies in Europe,
selling to all the major retailers in throughout Europe.
"European manufacturers strongly desire to enter the United States, and our
program is exactly what they were looking for," stated Jorge Bravo, President
and CEO of CXAC.
Under the Import Foods Division program (IFD), CXAC will have a marketing budget
of $200,000. This budget provides CXAC and IFD the flexibility to capture the
major retailers in the U.S and Canada. CXAC also receives 10% on sales which
could be as much as $2,000,000.

is to sign 5 manufactures in the next 6 months with our aggressive advertising
