The DTCC awknowledges recieving the shares and the distributing documents. What there fullfillment time frames is, I dont know. A list this large will obviously take some time. Brokers may not know if they dont have clients that are recieving them. My broker has some of those clients and they have seen them. I would like to know, did u have holdings as of last November? Just wondering. Remember my previos post about investor confidence in a r/s? The spiral down concept? Thats exactly what happened before ur eyes.
The bouse and copperstone divis are what are being used to fund the buy back instead of r/s ing.
I can kill 2 birds with one stone on the next one, When alan took over the company he recieved a lump of stock 1.5 billion shares that are restricted for a peroid 1 year. He accepted these instead of a paycheck for his efforts. If at the end of that year he has not turned this company around, that stock has a value of 150k. Average startup pay for a CEO. If he does fix this company, those stocks will be worth his efforts. (1.5 Billion times a dollar? Wu Hooo) This also is great motivation to not R/S. Why cut his own holdings and throat?
By killer bees, do u mean Raiders? If so. The defence is that all holdings by the company for there portfolio are restricted shares. The restriction is that they may not be distrubted to shareholders under any circumstance. The company may sell some to fund operations and aqusitions. They may also be used as collateral for loans. Something happened at 12 58 eastern time but none of the wires has anything to say about it. The daily volume was 748 mil. If what I suspect has happened its happy time. I need to know what U saw or heard. Plz no unsubstantiated rumors plz. Just facts.

Hi Waman! I'm confused. I just checked my AmeriTrade acct this evening and, again, to confirm, it says FFGO 2,601,945,965 for volume today. Everyone on the "other" board saw that and I actually noticed it at the end of the day b/c I was busy w/another stock.

I love it actually. Craziness...makes me feel like something OUT OF THIS WORLD might happen!!

Sorry V that was a misprint the real volume was 748m, confirmed at multiple sources including full brokers. Is that what all the buzz is about? that 1 source? Ameritrade has updated that number to 748m.
