OK, it makes it easier if you come out and say your a newbie stock trader and have no clue. You need to start with some good old fashion due diligence before posting. Would be interested to hear how you read 'dilution' and I believe reading charts for OTCBB and pinks are useless.

Re:GCOG — Gulf Coast Oil & Gas, Inc. Posted: 4 Months ago THANKS: 0
guys, i added 500k today following my conversation with the companies investor relation. The IR contact goes by the name 'Bill Morris', has been with the company for about 2 months. He sounded very positive and seems to genuinely believe there is good news ahead. He said the CEO is in frequent contact and following yesterdays 28% sell-off they are moving forward to assure shareholders that there is a plan going forward. He did mention that the CEO has hinted good news is not far away.
There is also talk about a new website and a possible joint venture (this was mentioned in a recent filing?)

I found the following on the yahoo board and it all sounds quite positive.
One of the guys spoke to investor relations on Friday (1-Aug) and made the following points

- The first PR: He gave the same timeline that we have been saying --within the first half of August to get the first PR. Bill said it is possible that it could come next week. Bill doesn't make the decision as to when, but he acknowledged that with the leases having to be renewed in the beginning of August, that we can expect something from that given that the renewals must happen during that time.

-More promotions: The company has spoken with promotional companies and they are thinking about going with a promotional campaign in the Fall. Bill said that would seem to be the right time to really promote the company -- after everything has been done with the Saratoga Prospect (leases renewed, JV signed and ready to begin work on it). Again, Bill does not have the final decision on this, but this is what has been talked about so far.

- New website: Still the same. The CEO has been out of town the past couple days and will review the new material for it when he gets back.

More DD on GCOG. Another quote on Yahoo:

QUOTE:
Post from HTOG board...
One example of how fast things can happen in the oil and gas industry. There is a small public company MNLU.OB, They have about 3000 acres leased in the Haynesville shale area of northwest Louisiana. They entered into a farm out agreement with Petrohawk to drill and produce their leased acres. This stock has went from .04 per share to over 6.00 per share on this news alone in six months. If HTOG starts moving I would suggest selling enough to cover your cost and holding the rest to see what happens.

How does this affect GCOG? GCOG holds leases for 262 acres in Louisiana within the 'Haynesville shale' gas play. In the last 4 months price per acre has risen from 12,000 to 35,000. There is talk of land going for 50k per acre!
I looked at the chart and news releases for MNLU and it looks like its all true.
I will add more GCOG once I have more funds. good luck.
