What I am asking is do you think that this would resurface? Changing their name doesn't make it go away. There is no hammering it out. They can't just say hey its over and we changed our name so everything is good. The fact of the matter is that they originally titled their chips "Thug Chips". What is that about?? Atomic dogg and (HYDRO) water... It looked promising but this has me alittle concerned. Maybe i'm looking too much into it... If they are starting television adds this football season do you really think a network is going to give them air time considering these allegations? I loved the phrased " political grandstanding " I picture the company spokesperson sounding like Jackie Chiles from Seinfeld . News like that might actually help more than hurt it - it's like free advertisement. If the news never came out you might never even have heard of the drink -- exposure -- Picture some hoodlum reading the article (if they can read that is) - Next time at the store with mom they see some Atomic Dogg and throw a few in the carriage (or stick 'em in their sweatshirt).
