BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 3 - On the 28th of August 2008, Miracle Applications Corp. (MIRA), at a Board of Directors meeting, accepted the resignations of Dymphna Galpern and Jeffrey Galpern as the CEO and Board of Directors.

As a result of the change, Miracle Applications Corp.(MIRA) (the company) appointed their new executive officers Sam Abecassis as the new Chairman and CEO and Alan Kerskey as the Vice President. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Peter T. Masotto, Mr. Sam Abecassis and Ms. Hope Jarzewski as the new members of the Board of Directors effective September 2, 2008.

They gota tighten up that spread. Really risky with it being that large.

I agree but I looked at the float being 480,000 and the new owners are both of the companies executives being engineers. I have a fuzzy feeling.imo

About 2 monthes ago the company traded 48,000 shares and the stock was over .25 what if it were to trade 100,000 + I am long and standing strong. I hope the have news soon!

Maybe so, but who is there right mind would enter a trade that the second they entered, they were down significantly when trying to sell.

I agree lisa, I was looking at the big picture and how a small bit of buying can really move this low float stock ! IMO
